A little about me - I spend half my time in Hollywood and the rest of my time living in West Lancaster. I'm a (heterosexual male), an actor and yes a real actor. I have been on TV, feature films and in several national commercials. There is currently an award-winning feature documentary film out about my life. I'm fun, down to earth and from the South - very well mannered. West Lancaster is my get away from the hustle and bustle of the craziness called Hollywood. Males or Females are welcome to apply. I'm looking for a non-smoker (inside of course), clean, honest, reliable.

6 month lease required.

Bedroom is unfurnished, with a shared bathroom.

The room is for one person only. No couples or double occupancy.

The tenant may Not sublease the room to a third party.

Must be employed or a student.

As mentioned above the home is very close to the Antelope Valley College (CSUB-AV), a perfect location for college students. You will have full-house access which includes - fridge, washer & dryer fireplace, and big backyard.

Required: $350 security deposit, $ background/credit check fee (I'm willing to work with you if your credit is not so good - you can just pay a little more for the security deposit). If you’re a college student with no established credit and in between jobs - I will still consider you with a strong co-signer such as a parent or family member.
