Determine placement requirements and assist consumers in reaching employment goals Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the application process Conduct workshops to facilitate resume and job interviewing skills Promote consumer candidates and placement of consumers to prospective employers through phone, email and fax.
Skills Desired:
Compassion, patience, reliability, leadership, strong written and oral communication skills, with a teamwork mentality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, Internet.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to evaluate consumers based on job requirements - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Note:
