SourceOne Payroll is looking for a new Customer Service / Payroll Processor to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing and managing the payroll reporting and processing of new hires and employee change requests for our clients.
You'll be expected to coordinate between management, customers and vendors to ensure timely transactions and good visibility.
Manage our clients payroll needs and play an important role by resolving payroll issues and assist in corresponding with IRS and EDD.
Duties Process payroll in a timely fashion.
Effective communication with our clients Knowledge of payroll Good verbal and written communcation skills Computer and Technology savvy Requirements Good computer skills Knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax Good Communication skills - written and verbal Must possess an above average aptitude for technology as it relates to apps and integrated products Competitive Salary based on experience Paid vacation Paid holidays AFLAC Great working environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
