50 an hour 19 hours ago 19 hours ago 19 hours ago We are seeking a customer service representative (CSR) with a minimum of one year experience for our animal hospital in Lancaster, California.
Candidates must be outgoing, friendly and make client service a top priority.
As a CSR, you will be the first contact point with our hospital and be key in creating great lasting impressions.
You will ensure that the needs of our clients and patients are met while understanding the stress that patients and clients endure.
This includes communicating with clients over the phone, admitting and discharging patients, assisting with food and medication purchases, cleaning exam rooms/front office and coordinating the flow of pets and owners in the lobby.
CSR's support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants and kennel assistants in daily patient and client care as well as communication.
It is the CSR's responsibility to be sure the front desk is never left unattended and should expect to spend nearly all of their workdays at the front desk unless transferring patients and clients into an exam room, or needed in other parts of the hospital.
