Skilled Care ( Gtube, Trach, Ventilator) Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration) Observe, report, and document status of client care Recognize physical, emotional, and developmental needs of client Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment Proficient Communication Skills Minimum Requirements:
Valid Nurse License Current CPR Card Physical and Negative TB results within one year Covid-19 Vaccine or Exemption Letter Successful completion of New Grad Program orientation and training
