Working in manufacturing setting, must be professional and have excellent written & verbal communication skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask and have good organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manage jobs throughout production to ensure on time deliveries.
Maintain flow throughout all departments.
Tag jobs as high priority and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
Professionally handle incoming and outgoing requests from customers and ensure that issues are being resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Thorough and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs to provide quality service and support in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.
Professional address issues in the best interest of both customers and company.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvement that positively impact the customer's experience.
Professionally receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
Attend daily and weekly meetings with customers to ensure on-time PO status.
Provide accurate information to customers by working with Operations, Sales and Purchasing.
Requirements/Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or GED required.
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated passion for excellence concerning treating and caring for customers.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with challenging customers and keep composure during such dealings.
Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed.
Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications Metallographer Must have strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift/move 30lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; up to four (4) hours at a time.
Manual dexterity to perform all job functions.
Uses arms, hands and fingers to operate , computer and other equipment.
Work Environment Primary work is done under office setting conditions in a clean and climate-controlled environment.
Noise level is low to moderate.
Employee may be exposed to chemicals, moving machinery or equipment requiring the use of personal protective equipment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
