Summary:
This is a PART-TIME position that works in the City right-of-way and facilities under general supervision.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Traffic sign and marking maintenance and installation Concrete maintenance and installation Recycled items collection and storage Graffiti removal Weed abatement Waste removal Building and Grounds maintenance Small equipment operations Operation of forklift Collection and handling of anti-freeze, batteries, oil, and paint (ABOP) Landscape Maintenance Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills:
Good communication skills Time management Provide excellent customer service to citizens and staff Mechanical and organizational skills Current valid Driver's License Education and
Experience:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance.
Currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school - highly desirable Certifications in Traffic Control Management, Concrete, Asphalt, Signs, and Markings, HVAC, or Pesticide Applicators - highly desirable Core Competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
