The Licensed Vocational Nurse will operate under the Administrator and Primary Care Physician orders The Nurse is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family care to support patients and families in the home.
The goal is to utilize one's skills to provide comfortable care and maximize the quality of life for patients and families.
The Nurse would document via Data Soft Logic and evaluate and perform ongoing assessments in accordance with the patient's plan of care with Interdisciplinary collaboration as the needs and conditions of the patient/family change.
Communication with MD, DCPS, office staff, and the interdisciplinary team are critical as is patience and teaching with the family.
We are looking for a Dependable and Reliable LVN for Home Health Visits for Recert depending on Insurance.
Follow Up Visits for Wound Care, Patient Teaching RECERT, WOUND CARE
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience = TPN ADMINISTRATION, WOUND CARE/WOUND VAC, PATIENT TEACHING Organizational and time-management skills The second language is a plus IV and blood draw skills (preferred) Wound care experience (preferred) Ability to follow HIPPA regulations to maintain confidentiality when dealing with patient's information and work records LVN Rate:
$40.
