org/ How You Will Make an Impact The Vice President, National School Operations will provide strategic oversite, direction, support, delivery and execution of national expansion schools.
The position will support and ensure national expansion schools adhere to the Learn4Life/Flex model.
This Position will form relationships within the community and state stakeholders to support charter growth and recognition for charters as an option for youth.
The Vice President will support and work with all divisional teams at Lifelong Learning (LLAC) to ensure smooth and effective school operations.

Oversee and support national school operations and development to ensure fidelity to the Learn4Life/Flex model Work in collaboration with national governance, business operations, finance, and education to ensure fidelity to the model Serve as a moral compass of the organization, ensuring that all efforts support the academic and personal development of the students, the operational integrity of the organization, and a robust culture that embraces kindness, diversity, respect, hard work, innovation, and excellence Provide mentoring and leadership for the planning, evaluation, improvement, and implementation of the program with an eye on equity Support growth in enrollment and the number of learning centers through community partnerships and supporting organizations Represent the organization to stakeholders nationally and within local markets Ensure cross-divisional collaboration and follow-through on services to schools Collaborate with Charter School Authorizers on school updates, changes, requests, and growth Confer with organizational Executive Leadership on making recommendations Collaborate, review, and provide direction on school petitions and renewal process, and accreditation review Resolve complaints and concerns of stakeholders and clients that are not resolved at the school site level Collaborate with leaders of other Learn4Life model school programs to increase the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Learn4Life model Lead and participate in meetings, trainings, and audits Administrative duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, supervise, coach, and direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of team members and oversee their daily activities SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
Understanding of State Public Education regulation or related State educational models Understanding of school fiscal management and control Strategic thinking, planning, decision-making skills Strong communication both orally and in writing Ability to deliver high engagement and work collaboratively with varied stakeholders A proven track record driving ideas, action, and vision forward Ability to advance critical initiatives through influence and strong interpersonal relationships High collaboration and adept at change management Successful project management and execution MINIMUM
Qualifications:
5 years of progressive experience in Management and Leadership 3 years of experience working with charter schools in a relevant operational capacity Masters Degree in Education Leadership OR 3 years equivalent work experience demonstrating applicable skills in relevant industry or discipline (Equivalent experience is included in and not separate from total years of experience) Demonstrated success working with corporate leadership, employees, media, and diverse community groups TRAVEL:
Ability to travel up to 75% of time in performance of job duties is required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
