In this role you will be responsible for general office administration. You will be expected to establish and maintain good effective working relationships and communication with clients and co-workers. Responsibilities:
Managing filing and telephone communications
Work primarily independently under limited supervision and always work with a sense of urgency
Assist with negotiation and administration of company agreements
Event management and planning
Special project support
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of various technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, information systems)
Excellent oral and written skills are required including strong documentation skills
Must have the willingness to learn and improve while working in a fast changing environment
Job task planning and organizing is critical
You have a foundation of at least 1 year of experience in office administration or equivalent experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
